In this fun creative class we'll be turning your favourite photo of your loved ones into a fun and colourful painting! Family group shots, pics with your besties, a photo with your partner, the possibilities are endless!

Submit your favourite photo, and arrive to see it pre-sketched onto your canvas! Now sit back, relax, choose your favourite colours and turn it into a masterpiece that your loved ones will hang on the wall forever (because it will literally be THAT cute). No painting experience? No worries! This class is great for anyone, especially beginners!

Who says you have to gift it? Create a painting of your loved ones for yourself! Walk away with the cutest wall art that you get to look at every day, woohoo!

What you need to do: 

Once you've purchased a ticket, send through the photo that you would like to paint! You can send this through up to one week before the event (Deadline: Sunday 24th November, but ASAP is better!), instructions for submission will be in your ticket confirmation email. This will be pre-sketched onto your canvas for the event! Please make sure if it’s a mirror shot that your phone is NOT obstructing anyone.  *Please submit a good quality photo with good lighting, and a maximum of 6 people in the shot!

Time: 4:00pm - 7:00pm (Arrive from 3:45pm for a 4:00pm sharp start)

Location: The General Collective (580 Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley)

Tickets: $90 + BF

Individual grazing can be added on when purchasing this ticket for +$15pp

• Bubbles/Non-Alcoholic on arrival (BYO alcohol, glasses provided)

• All art materials (including apron)

• Step-by-step instruction by professional artist Lauren

• Pre-Sketched photo on your canvas

• Your very own custom portrait painting to take home at the end!

Venue information:

The General Collective is BYO-friendly, so if you would like to bring in some cheeky snacks or drinks - you are very welcome to! Wine glasses and cutlery are provided.

There is free parking on Clarence St (side street) or paid parking at The City of Vincent St car park
